How long does it take?
Predicting how much time needs to be spent researching a particular request can be difficult. Where specific dates and sources are known in advance, the information sought can often be found in a very short time. In situations where the information sought cannot be found within one hour, I will only continue if there is a strong possibility of success, and with the consent of the client.
What is the turnaround time?
Research will be undertaken promptly, but is subject to the opening hours of the archive or library to be visited. If it cannot be completed within five working days from receipt of pre-payment, you will be notified of a revised completion time.
